BASH

Building a Scholastic Heritage

Established in 1985, BASH was the creation of former Benjamin parents Babs Fisher and Barbara Nicklaus. Mrs. Nicklaus, along with her husband, golf legend Jack Nicklaus, played a pivotal role in transforming our school from one that served very young children to the state-of-the-art institution it is today, serving children in grades Pre-K3 through 12.

Mrs. Nicklaus and Mrs. Fisher were co-chairs of the school's first gala and gave it the name BASH, an acronym for Building A Scholastic Heritage.

BASH has since become the name we use in conjunction with several of our school's fundraising efforts, which include an annual Variety Show, as well as parent-driven special projects providing services to our children such as catered lunches and a holiday gift boutique known as Kids' Corner.

BASH welcomes participation from all members of the Benjamin community interested in working on, as well as contributing to our various events. Please contact the Advancement Office to learn more about our event needs at 561.472.3452 or donna.minard@thebenjaminschool.org.
