Performing Arts Showcase Highlights Talented Underclassmen

The Benjamin community was treated to an exciting evening of the arts on October 29 during the school’s annual Performing Arts Showcase, highlighting the incredible talents of over 20 underclassmen.

Performing Arts Department Chair Sara Salivar welcomed family and friends to the showcase in Benjamin Hall, which featured a variety of acts including music, song, and dance.

“Tonight, you will see freshmen, sophomores, and juniors, in an array of performances ranging from dance to vocal and instrumental music. You have quite a show ahead of you,” Salivar told the audience.

Salivar also encouraged audience members to enjoy the display of student artwork in the Benjamin Hally lobby following the performance. The exhibit highlighted the talent of the upper school’s visual arts students, complimenting the evening of artistic expression.
