Join us for a week of basketball fun and development! Our camp is designed to improve individual skills and foster teamwork in a competitive, positive environment. Players will work on key basketball topics including:
Join us for a week of basketball fun and development! Our camp is designed to improve individual skills and foster teamwork in a competitive, positive environment. Players will work on key basketball topics including:
- One-on-one moves
- Ball handling
- Feeding the post
- Shooting techniques
- Setting and using screens
- How to practice effectively
- Defensive positioning
Camp Schedule:
Morning - Skills & Development
- Warm-up/Stretch
- Stations: Ball Handling, Shooting, Speed & Agility, Passing, etc.
- Snack
- Camp Game before Lunch (Knockout)
Lunch
Afternoon - Competitive Play
- Game Room Activities
- Individual Competitions:
- One on One
- Hot Shot
- 2-Ball
- Scores kept throughout the week (30-second competitions)
- Awards on the Last Day: Top 5 scorers in each group compete for the title of winner!
- Team Play: (Depending on group size, coaches will select teams)
- 2 on 2
- 3 on 3
- 5 on 5
This camp is designed to challenge players of all skill levels while focusing on fundamental basketball techniques and fostering a love for the game.
